PostHeaderIcon Eamil me microsoft last will and testament for 10 pts.?

Hi guys– 10 pts to who an find it—
about 3-4 months ago, I downloaded a will and testament for married person with children (I think it was 5 or 6 pgs long)… my comp didn’t save the entire document after downlaoding and personalizing it, and now when I go to templates and type will adn testament, nothing’s there? can anyone find one– what i’m particularly looking for is a free template that covers future children born in our marriage.

when i search all categories, and click wills, it says there are none available in my region (I have 2007 MS), maybe someone with an older edition or another area may be more successful and can email it to me as a cut and paste
Louis– as soon as they allow me to award Best answer, you get the points– soon as I clikced your link, the first item was what I needed…thanks you soo much!!!!

PostHeaderIcon How does one write a last will and testimony and living will?

Although life is awesome there are no guarentees and no safety nets and I feel it is good to be prepared in the case of a loss.

How does one go about making a last will and testament and a living will? Do you need an attorney or a notary republic to approve this? In addition if the married couple does not have chldren nor plans to ever have children how should the estate be divided up?
Who makes the best excecutor of the estate you have?
Is this hard to do?

PostHeaderIcon What does a court do there are multiple conflicting undated versions of a last will and testament?

Imagine the following scenario: A billionaire dies and leaves behind 15 different copies of a last will and testament. All the copies were made out on the same day before the same lawyer and witnesses, but this was done years ago and they can’t remember which one was made out last. Given that the court is legally forced to act on the contents of A will, which will will it choose?

And my second question: If a man is missing and pronounced legally dead and his property divided, but he later returns from the wilderness very much alive – will his property be legally returned to him?

PostHeaderIcon What’s the difference between a will and a testament?

Why are they always in the phrase together, "last will and testament?" What’s the difference exactly? Can you have one without the other? My concern is who would become guardian of my child, not who would inherit any assets.

PostHeaderIcon Is it enough to have a Notary Public notarize a last will and testament, or are witnesses needed as well?

My father lives in California and he has drafted a last will and testament which he plans to sign in the presence of a notary public, however, I’ve heard that a will needs to be signed in the presence of 3 witnesses and that in California a notary public is not even necessary. He wants to do the opposite though, have it ONLY notarized, without any additional witnesses (the only people he trusts as witnesses are mentioned as beneficiaries on the will and therefore cannot be used as witnesses). Would it still be a legal will?
