PostHeaderIcon Can’t sleep and it’s frusterating me!?? Please help, what do you do to get yourself to sleep?

Ughhhh… okay so in 5th grade I got insomnia and at the time I had mono (no I didn’t kiss anybody, my mom had Epstein bar when she was preggars with me and puberty brings it up and I have it too :P ) so I was always tired and never had any energy (still am), but I couldn’t sleep at night. It’s gotten a lot better since then (I’m now in 8th grade), now the only problem is falling asleep. When I do I sleep hard and long (up to 13 hours sometimes, and others four to six), but I fall asleep at freaking 7 am sometimes. I can’t sleep right now! I take benadryl every night, if I didn’t I would be nocturnal. I am already nocturnal enough! (when I really can’t sleep I have to wait till the sun comes up and then somehow I can sleep) HELP ME. No pills… I have lyme disease so I am on a bunch of meds right now and the only pain med I can take is advil and alergy/sleep pill is benadryl. What do you do to fall asleep? I keep my TV on because the one time I can’t stand dead silence is when I fall asleep, because I just go into auto think and so I keep it on to occupy my ears (I don’t really listen, ha… just like the noise -like a baby lol-). So what do you to make yourself sleep? Is there any foods, or little activities that’ll make me tired (when I actually need to be)?
