Is it better to get your hair dyed professionally or can you do it yourself?

i know that i’d have to get it touched up a lot, & money is tight right now.. so could i just do it myself? i’m willing to take the time & do it rightt(:
is there a professional I can go to? or is it easy to do it yourself(question regarding investing)?
I have a good chunk of money (large sum) that I would like to invest for my future.I own my own home (paid off thanks to the shitty house market) and I want to look into living off 2,000.00 or less every month for the rest of my life.thats enough to pay basic bills (electric, water, gas, car gas, phone bill, cable bill, cell etc and a little extra for spending on household needs)
any help will be helpful (lol) as I know nothing about this.

Pretend you had 500 dollars to pamper yourself, what would you buy? i dont have this kind of money all the time and really want to take care of myself to look nice for my husband but i dont want to spend all the money to fast on one thing. i’ve thought about teeth whitening but have no idea the pricing, anything like doing my hair or nails . just want to see if anyone has any other good ideas….
How complicated is it to file for divorce yourself through the courts in Texas?
I would like to file for divorce in Texas and would like to know how complicated the process really is. We have one child together, but other than that, there are no assests, no large amounts of money to divide or anything like that. What are my options?
If marijuana becomes legal, will people on probation still be prohibited from using it?
And will money be repaid to people who have had fines for it’s use, and restitution paid for people who have been jailed over it?
