Will this cause problems? last will and testament?
If I am the sole heir in someones will, what are the chances of another family member getting a lawyer (because they think it’s unfair and having the belongings and money divided up? If they can do this will it be split 50 50?
To those whom are Good Natured and to those who have good intentions…. would you ever sacrifice yourself?
For someone elses Sake?
This question is for Atheists, Agnostics, Christians, Mormons, and Jewish people alike… would you, sacrifice yourself for a family member? For your mother, brother, father, or sister, or even a cousin? Would you sacrifice yourself for a friend, close, best, or not? And, lastly, would you risk your life for a stranger?
I have heard that the police will not allow families to see some victims of crimes, is that legal?
I have heard parents say on TV that police will not allow them to see a family member that was a victim of a crime. Apparently the body was disfigured or something. Can they police or anyone else prevent you from seeing someone in your family before the funeral?

A family member dies, how do you go about with the will and taking care of the legal stuff? And there is only one person taking over the estate?
If a couple made a Last Will & Testament in New York and then moved to Europe, is it still valid?
The couple now live in Europe permanently but are still US Citizens. Another family member, while there taking care of them, got a Power of Attorney for all assets and decisions because they are not fit to make decisions. Now, does that person get the whole estate and control all the assets or the person who was named in the Will when these family members are gone (they are both in their 80’s)? Again, the Will was made in NY but the POA is in Europe where these people live. How can I (the executrix) make sure that the Will, if still valid, is followed through – I’m not even sure of who the attorneys are, I only know that I am the sole executrix.

The property is owned in Europe and I have no need for the assets of their estate since I am well off. At this point, it’s the principle – no one should decide who the assets go to except the family members who made the Will. The couple is well taken care of – we all care for them. They are not parents, but an aunt and uncle who I am very close to – I am an only child and was like their child.
