Do i have a legal right to see my Dad’s will and the trust fund he set up for me and my brother?
My Dad is passed away now and my brother has his will. He said he changed it around to make it more even for everone. I am the oldest child and i want to see proof of everything my Dad wanted to leave for us. I cant afford a lawyer. Dont i have any say so about this?
How to file this years taxes without last years return?
My father-in-law needs to file his return this year. He always has my husbands ex-wife file his taxes for him. She has kept had all of his past returns for him, but when she moved last year she swears that she gave him all of his papers to my husband to give back to his dad. Anyways, no one can find the past tax papers and she says she can’t file the taxes without a number off of last years return. What number would she be talking about and where else can it be found? How else could he file his return without last years forms?

My Mom has changed her will 5 times..Me and my fiancé moved in with her to help her my Dad dies 2 years ago, well we only stayed 12 days cuz I talked to her about her drinking and popping pills..the next day all of our stuff was thrown out in eh road. I had her will that was in my name everything was left to me for my Brother is a complete loser that beats women..I could go on..Anyway she stole the will out of my jewelry box? After it was packed in my car. Now she is threatening to change it again..she has no one to leave anything to anymore..can you change the Last Will and testament? I really need her to get mental help, I just don’t know how? My Mother needs to be baker acted.
I was just wondering sicne it was her LAST WILL & testament..to be honest I really dont care, but her lawyer must think she is nuts to keep changing her will..
I did got to her with a lovig heart!! I cried my eyes out..she is mentally sick..I mean crazy. Im serious..I am not casuing any drama, all I do is work..I need to get her backeracted and I dont know how.
