Can you buy an exhaust over the internet and fit it yourself?
My brother and a few of his friends are very into their cars. I’ve just turned 17 and would like to get a car. Thing is I either want one already a bit modified, or I would do it myself. I was wondering if you could fit an exhaust yourself bought from a dealer instead of paying them to do it?
Thanks
Do i have a legal right to see my Dad’s will and the trust fund he set up for me and my brother?
My Dad is passed away now and my brother has his will. He said he changed it around to make it more even for everone. I am the oldest child and i want to see proof of everything my Dad wanted to leave for us. I cant afford a lawyer. Dont i have any say so about this?
How can someone go about getting a copy of their late father’s last will and testament?
My friend’s father passed away a few years ago and left behind a will to show how he would like his assets to be distributed. My friend was not concerned at the time about the contents of the will, since he was mourning the loss of his father, so he never asked to see it.
Over the last couple of years, his two brothers have given him reason to believe that he is actually entitled to more of his father’s estate, than what they have told him he is entitled to. His brother claims that he is the executer of the will and has even gone so far as to tell my friend that he is in charge of the money that my friend knows is his from the inheritance. His brothers have told him that he is only able to recieve a one small monthly alotment his own money and when he is able to receive it. (My friend and his brothers are in their late 40’s, so the chances it being a "responsiblity" issue are not likely.)
Their lifestyles however, suggest that they are not living on a small monthly alotment of their "share" of the inheritance and that my friend really is being cheated out of a huge portion of what is rightfully his.
My friend was really close to his father, while his two brothers did not have such a close relationship with him, so it is very unlikely that his father would have put the stipulations on how my friend spent his inhetitance.
Recently, my friend has suffered some financial distress and the money that he knows that he is supposed to be getting has all but stopped, for one excuse or another, so my friend would like to find out once and for all what the will actually says so that he can get away from his brothers altogether.
My friend cannot remember what law firm drew up his fathers will, so that he can look into this further.
Is there any other way that my friend can find out exactly what the will said, once and for all?
Thank you for your answers!
