My husband who is not a US Citizen (he is from England) and I got married last October in the courthouse of California, and we filled out all the paperwork for our marriage license, including the one asking us what we are changing our names to. He took my last name, we got married, and our marriage certificate has my last name next to both of our first names. When we talked to the immigration officer who approved us for his green card, she told us that we didn’t have the paperwork that states that he legally changed his last name to mine, (We showed her the marriage certificate with my last name next to our first names) so when he gets his greencard in the mail, it will have his old last name on it and not mine. I called the place where we got married and filled out the paperwork to ask if the paperwork we filled out was a legal name change form, and the woman was being blunt and said that we need to go to banks the dmv and social security office to show them our marriage license as proof that he wants to take my last name, but that doesn’t sound right because when we talked to the immigration officer who is a government representative, she said the marriage certificate alone is not proof of legal name change.
So how do we go about legally changing his name, and where do we go? What do we need to show the immigration officers as proof so that his greencard will hold my last name?

Ive had my hair died on the top with bleach blonde done by a hairdresser but i want to go full head and if i get the one from boots where you do it yourself will my hair go funny if put it on the bleach blonde because i want to go like white. Will My Hair Change Colour ? Will It Be okay? HELP!!

I have made a necessary arrangments to move further in my acting career. One of my acting coaches asked me following questions and told me to honestly answer them. He told me that I will know if I should go into acting just by answering following questions. What do you think?

Why do you want to become an actor?

Because I want to play different characters and get praised by a large amount of people.

What will that do for you?

It will make me feel accomplished, special and will open possibilities inside of my mind and in the whole world.

How will that make you feel?

Extradinorally happy.

What kind of actor do you want to become?

Film/ TV actor.

How far are you really and truly and honestly willing to go for your acting career?

I will try it until my late 30’s. If I make it before I am 30 I will do it for the rest of my life. If I wont make it until my 30’s I will STILL go for it, but I will start working behind the scenes also.

Do you know what it’s like to work as an actor?

Yes

Do you know what actors do when they are looking for work or in between jobs?

Yes, and I already know what I will be doing.

Do you know what kinds of different acting careers you could have?

Yes, I can have TV only, Film only, TV and Film. I can be like Emma Watson OR Megan Fox OR Ellen Page etc,…

How hard are you willing to work? Honestly.

I will let acting dominate my life.

What do you think having an acting career entails?

I will be making a difference.

What do you think an actor does day to day, when he’s not working?

When an actor is not working, during the day I will go to auditions, classes, do lots of mailing, do showcases and seminars. At night I will be working.

Do you know anything about business? Do you realize how important it is to know how to promote yourself and to be able to get your work seen?

YES

Yes

What acting method are you studying?

Method acting.

What other acting methods are you aware of?

There is Stella Adler studio, Lee Strasberg, Ivana Chubbuck

Do you know what the benefits are to taking acting classes? In other words, do you know what they can do for you, other than teaching you how to act?

Yes, if I will be studying at a prestigious school and teacher, it will be something that when I put it on my resume will get me called in. It will get me seen.

Do you know how you can tell if a class is right for you or not?

I always audit a class before signing up.

Do you know how to choose an acting school?

Yes.

In order to have an acting career, you will need to support yourself. Will you have to support yourself if you would go to get a “regular” degree?

Well, yes. I will have to get a night job regardless of what career I want to have.

In order to be an actor, you will have to move to a big city. Would you move to a big city regardless of your career choice?

Dream of becoming an actress and being loved.

Movies, film acting.

No

Everyone says that I need a woman in my life to be happy, but then everyone ELSE tries to tell me that I DON’T need one, and I need to be happy with myself (and apparently loving yourself will get you your soul mate without you even thinking about it). I like myself about as much as one probably could like himself, and really can’t think of any concievable reason why I would get turned down by women again and again and again and again. Apparently being happy with myself isn’t the aphrodesiac that everyone assures me it is.

How can I stay happy with my singlehood if I love myself and every aspect about me and women still refuse to go out with me?

Jesus did.

Also, if you DO dismember yourself, will your sinful body part be cast into hell, or will you be reunited with it in the after life?
